WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER

WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBERS PLAY A KEY ROLE IN RECEIVING, STORING, DOCUMENTING, AND DELIVERING MATERIALS WITHIN THE COMPANY. THEY INTERACT WITH MANY DEPARTMENTS WITHIN THE COURSE OF DOING THEIR JOBS. THEIR ROLE IS MUCH GREATER THAN MOVING MATERIAL AROUND THE PLANT. THEY PLAY AN IMPORTANT PART IN CONTROLLING COSTS BY ASSURING THAT MATERIALS ARE SAFETY STORED, COUNTED, AND DELIVERED TO THE PROPER DEPARTMENT WHEN THEY ARE NEEDED. WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBERS PERFORM AN ARRAY OF FUNCTIONS THAT MIGHT INCLUDE ACCEPTING AND PROCESSING INCOMING STOCK AND MATERIALS, PICKING AND FILLING ORDERS FROM STOCK, PACKING AND SHIPPING ORDERS, OR ORGANIZING, AND RETRIEVING STOCK IN THE WAREHOUSE.

SUMMARY

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GROUPE STONETILE CLIENTS AT ALL TIMES WHILE STRIVING TO ACHIEVE BUSINESS TARGETS THROUGH SUPERIOR COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS. THE CSR WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING GENERAL INQUIRIES, PLACING ACCURATE ORDERS, AND REFERRING ESCALATED CALLS TO THE APPROPRIATE PERSONNEL. INTEGRITY, VISION, PROFESSIONALISM AND PASSION ARE KEY COMPONENTS OF THIS POSITION AND OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED AS NECESSARY.

ORDER PICKER

THE SAMPLE DEPARTMENT AT STONE TILE TORONTO SERVES AS THE MAIN SOURCE OF SAMPLES FOR ALL THE SALES REPS IN TORONTO AND ACROSS CANADA. IT PRODUCES (MANUFACTURES) ALL SAMPLE BOARDS (ARCHITECTURAL BOARDS AND SMALL SAMPLE CARDS), SMALL SAMPLING PROGRAM. THE DEPARTMENT ALSO INVENTORY AND MANAGE ALL FULL SIZE SAMPLING PROGRAM AND PROMOTIONAL MARKETING MATERIAL (BROCHURES/ARCHITECTURAL BOOKS; SAMPLE BOXES, BOARDS), FOR ALL PRODUCTS AND LINES THAT STONE TILE PROMOTES.

THE SAMPLE DEPARTMENT IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE TO PLAN AND PREPARE ALL SAMPLING PROGRAM FOR NEW LINES, TO ENSURE ALL REPS HAVE THE NECESSARY TOOLS TO SELL STONE TILE PRODUCTS TO THE A&D AND CONTRACTORS INDUSTRIES. IT IS A VITAL PART OF THE SALES PROCESS AND TO STONE TILE SUCCESS.
